PHYTO-CERNES ECLAT by Sisley is a tinted care that conceals dark circles and signs of fatigue, smoothes fine lines and reduces puffiness. The product contains extracts of Red Vine, Arnica and Ginkgo Biloba, caffeine, peptide extract from soy, as well as horsetail extract. It is also characterized by a smooth, melting care formula that is easy to apply.

APPLICATION AND FURTHER DETAILS

Step 1: If you want to achieve a cooling, decongestant effect, apply the metal applicator with gentle pressure to the eye area.
Step 2: Then apply the product with the brush or with dabbing movements of the fingertips from the inner to the outer eye area.

Make sure to regularly clean the brush with soap and water and then let it air dry.
